The Netherlands, April 1st , 2021 — ICTS International N.V, a long standing and a trusted global leader in security technologies and services that specializes in aviation security and other airport related services as well as front-end and online ID authentication and screening technology solutions for commercial and government markets, announced today that it has appointed Mr. Pissens as a Strategic Advisor for aviation security.

Mr. Pissens will work collaboratively with I-SEC International Security B.V.; a 100% daughter company of ICTS International N.V, to strategically explore potential partnerships that would be the optimal strategic fit for successful entry into each of I-SEC International’s contemplated market segments. Mr. Pissens will also advise I-SEC International on the Company's global expansion strategy.

I-SEC International Security B.V., which specializes in the provision of advanced aviation security services worldwide, has entered a partnership with ForcePro B.V., the company that is the winner of the European tender Skyfall for anti-drone systems. This partnership aims to meet the increasing demand o anti-drone systems in the commercial market, which until now was only available to the government.

I-SEC Italia Services s.r.l. has been awarded a contract with Cuneo-Levaldigi International Airport (IATA code CUF), AN airport with over 50 destinations around Europe, North-Africa and Middle-East. The choice was made based on our quality standards. This is the first time we are awarded in Italy for checkpoints services.

I-SEC Nederland is awarded again with 2 contracts at Schiphol Airport: lot 2 - Checking passenger & Hand luggage and lot 6 - Control of personnel, goods and vehicles. This makes I-SEC Nederland once again the largest security party at Schiphol Airport. The contract has a minimum duration of four year and will start in December 2020.

I-SEC International Security BV Welcomes Andreas Opitz as the new Manager for our Hamburg Airport Operation (5th largest airport in Germany).
In this position, Mr. Opitz will be fully responsible for the Hamburg station with around 700 employees.

With Andreas Opitz we have acquired a highly qualified and experienced manager who strengthens our team. We are happy to have won Mr. Opitz and look forward to the joint cooperation.

The I-SEC Deutsche Luftsicherheit SE & Co. KG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the I-SEC-Group and currently covers the operational business in Germany with around 2,800 employees. It works at the German airports in Frankfurt am Main and Hamburg.

This fully owned subsidiary will expand the I-SEC offering beyond the original core area of ​​aviation security.
